I feel like it may be easier to get rid of blushes if you group them by colour instead so you can choose one or two in each specific shade AND so you know exactly how many you have of each colour

If you have an older friend or family member who you pass on items to, give them those ColourPop cream sticks. I gave only to a family member who is about 70 and the formula works really well on their older skin. It glides and blends nicely on the thinner skin some older people have.

I'm very picky about eyeshadow now and I feel like all these companies only cater to influencers who want bright crazy standout colors I'll never use. I want 6 to 9 colors only, a mirror, and neutral to cool tones mixed with a few fun colors. Its super hard to find this. Even asian brands have the right colors but stopped adding mirrors.

I got the scent space edit (6 scents total, 2 in each scent space). Have to agree Velvet bold is church incense. I love it but I don’t necessarily want to smell like it? Milk (expressive) was the only that was a first impression yes! For me. I don’t like Gold expressive at all. Very powdery. I don’t know what I think about the other three. Oc I haven’t tried any of them on the skin yet.

I’m scraping the bottom of my benefit, blush palette in colours gold rush and rockateur and I’m so bummed that they don’t exist anymore. They are stunning colours and the formula is amazing and I bought the pallet in 2016 and it’s still serving. But I bet I have 10 more applications and then I don’t know what I’m going to buy. As it’s all I currently have in my collection. So this video came at the perfect timing! 💕 (the two remanding if Color’s dandelion and Californication I’m not sure if I will pan them as they don’t suit me like the other two do).

Those Catrice Air powder blushes smell like expired cooking oil and it lingers all day. Horrible! The stick cream blush fades on away to no colour after an hour on my oily skin.

This is the first time I’ve watched one of your videos. I clicked on it because I’ve been wanting to try a perfume subscription, and saw that you were going to go over the details of each subscription. And you did! You really know your perfumes and scents. I’m still not sure which one to try. I don’t believe that I’ve ever heard about OLFACTIF until now, but I’m now looking at either OLFACTIF or Scentbird as a subscription option. 🦋

I do not agree that eyeshadow is dead. Even if TikTok or UA-cam is trying to tell us so. Look at the growing popularity of indie brands. What causes all those shadows going on sale is the over saturation of the beauty market. It does not matter how popular eyeshadow palettes are - there is a limit to how much people can buy. Of course no palette nowadays ever gets the status that for example original Naked palettes had - but there and then the competition on the market was close to none so it was easier to become a "cult" product.

I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks. Finally started therapy. Long story short im exhausted. I saved this video on my weekend play list, now I’m going to go through my makeup and do inventory of what I have while I watch. It will be a good distraction and help me feel more organized.

Lauren, have you considered doing “What was sent, what was spent” again? I’m so curious to know how much of this was PR. Am I just old and overly concerned about the environment and over consumption? Maybe I am 😂 I’m so genuinely curious to know what others think. If it takes at least a year to pan a blush, then Lauren has over 300 years of blush 😳 To put that into perspective, the English first settled Australia 236 years ago. No judgement, I am curious to hear everyone’s thoughts. I do appreciate the swatching and discussion about formulas ❤

How about changing your blush out every 2 weeks or so to get more use out of your collection? I change my makeup every season to use different colors. Blush, eyes, lips get changed around the solstices. Where I live has 4 distinct seasons so it’s fun to plan. I also use makeup completely. It lasts a long time sometimes.
